Overview
When the spellchecker starts it adds its icon to the notification area of the task bar where you usually see the current time displayed. This icon is one of the primary ways you can access IMSpellchecker XP's many controls and settings. When you right-click on IMSpellchecker XP's icon you get its context sensitive menu.
Using this menu you can promptly:
enable or disable spell checking and autocorrection features for Instant Messengers;
choose handy corrections mode;
open spellchecker main window with various program's settings;
open program's help file;
visit program's order page and register the spellchecker;
e-mail to technical support and visit program's web site.

Correction modes
IMSpellchecker can handle misspellings using one of the three correction modes. This feature allows users with different level of typing experience use the program with maximum convenience and performance.

- Manual.
When the manual mode is selected spellchecker simple underline possible misspelling, using wavy red line. You can right-click on the underlined word to get the list of the suggestions or add it to custom dictionary or to the ignore list.
- Intelligent.
In the intelligent mode, when you have typed misspelling, the program tries to find the best suggestion and replaces misspelled word automatically. If there is no suggestion for the misspelling, spellchecker just underline it with wavy red line.
